I began my yoga journey falling in love with hot yoga during the cold Buffalo winters. For me yoga is a moving meditation, a way to connect my mind to my body.

The loss of a job during the pandemic allowed me the time to dive into my YTT starting with vinyasa, followed by yin a few years later. These days you can find me teaching yoga, Pilates, and pole dancing!

I am excited to see where my movement journey will lead me, and love to encourage others to find what types of movement ignites them.
