Lynn Schutt took her first yoga class almost 20 years ago. At the end of class she knew she was falling in love. Yoga strengthened her body, eased her mind and enlightened her spirit. She came to know herself in a totally different way. Her relationship with herself became deeper, more loving and compassionate. Over 15 years of classes and practice in different traditions of yoga, she walked into her first Kripalu yoga class which so resonated with her that she decided to become a certified teacher. She wanted to share with others the beauty and benefits that she came to know through the Kripalu yoga experience. Kripalu yoga speaks directly to the heart, then flows out to work with the body, accepting individuality, and movement as guided from within. She has been teaching for over six years, specializing in a "gentle yoga class" that anyone and everyone, regardless of experience can enjoy and benefit from.
