Kim

Kim has been teaching yoga since 2016. She holds a 500 hour teacher certification from the Himalayan Institute.In her classes, Kim provides a supportive presence for students to try, grow and build strength. In classes, she loves to incorporate pieces of yoga philosophy (and yoga’s many transferable life skills!) while helping students develop deeper levels of both focus and peace within themselves. In her own practice, yoga has given Kim the gift of peace. Kim also has additional specialized training in Ayurveda and restorative yoga.
