Anne

Anne became aware of the connection between mind, body and spirit as she completed her degrees in Social Work. Her work with families, particularly children, led her to an interest in helping people find ways to reduce stress and achieve a sense of inner peace. She has been practicing yoga since 2002 and has incorporated asana, pranayama and meditation into each day ever since. She felt a desire to share the gifts she has received from yoga and completed the 200 hour Himalayan Institute Teacher Training Program in 2010. Anne attempts to bring joy, laughter, and peace to every class she teaches.
