Yoga can help improve flexibility, inner strength and self awareness. Through the use of yoga begin to heal the physical body through postures, movements, breathing and relaxation. The mind and body work together improving physiological and psychological factors to promote potential healing and stabilizing the back.
It is recommended that you are able to get on the floor as many of the postures involve sitting or lying on the floor.
