Outdoor Watercolor Yoga Class
Get your creativity juices flowing with OUTDOOR watercolor Yoga at Town Hall. We all have innate creativity and are sometimes faced with blockages that prevent our creative energies from flowing freely. The class will begin with breathing and meditation exercises to prepare our hearts and minds for openness and loving acceptance. Reflecting on our inner landscape and the second chakra, we will create expressive watercolor landscapes on paper, allowing the natural flow of watercolor to guide and inspire our paintings. Alternating between asanas, pranayama and brushstrokes, you will be guided along the way in basic watercolor techniques, but encouraged to follow your own artistic journey. All art supplies are included. Leave with an original watercolor painting and a renewed awareness and appreciation for your creative self.
