Beginners CHAIR Yoga - 6 weeks Series

Spend an hour a week for 6 weeks getting to know yourself by beginning your Yoga practice. Chairs will be provided to use throughout the course, you will not need to be on floor.

This course will be a gentle introduction to what Yoga is and how it can help improve your life. We will also discuss how Yoga is accessible in a chair and how you can find comfort and calmness through chair Yoga.

We will cover breathwork, sun salutations, postures, history and philosophies of Yoga, plus much, much more!
