This will be a two part series on 4/7 and 4/14 from 3:30pm-5:30pm
Trying to work on your splits and not quite getting the progress you’re looking for? Maybe you already have a strong split and you’re looking to do splits on your friends! Karen would like to share with you her favorite ways to open up and strengthen areas that stop you from achieving splits, in the most functional and Safe way. This two part workshop will show you exercises and stretches to help increase flexibility to help you ultimately achieve your splits! Class#1 (4/7) will start with a detailed warm up and talk about the anatomy of a split. We’ll learn some exercises and progressions you can do on your own to help build your skills and put them into action.
You don’t need to come to class #1 to enjoy class #2.
