Join Maya for a special Thanksgiving Day yoga class!
Admission to class will be a non-PERISHABLE food item.
Take a little time on Thanksgiving morning to get on your mat and move through a 90 minute, all level flow class. Before the cooking, the food, football and family, offer this yoga practice to yourself so that you can start your holiday season with a grateful heart.
